Military Relocation Professional

What Is the MRP Certification?

The Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification is awarded by the National Association of REALTORS® to agents who have completed specialized training in working with active duty service members, veterans, and military families throughout the real estate process. When military staff and their families relocate, the services of a real estate professional who understands their needs and timetables makes the transfer easier, faster, and less stressful.

June holds this certification. She also lived this experience for 20 years.

What Does MRP Mean for You?

Understanding PCS Moves

The clock starts ticking when military families receive permanent change of station orders. Knowledgeable agents are vital for helping these families navigate unfamiliar markets, find and assess available properties, secure VA financing, and make quick decisions. June has been on both sides of a military move. She does not need a tutorial on what PCS stress feels like.

VA Loan Expertise

MRP-certified agents understand VA financing, so they can help military buyers navigate applications, find VA-approved properties, work with lenders who specialize in military loans, and understand funding fees and eligibility requirements. If you have earned your VA loan benefit, June will make sure you know exactly how to use it.

Sensitivity to the Emotional Reality

The MRP certification enhances sensitivity to the emotional issues involved when a military family relocates. Leaving a community, starting over, and doing it on someone else's timeline is hard. June does not minimize that. She plans around it.

Helping Veterans Beyond Active Service

The MRP certification covers not just active duty relocations but veterans making real estate decisions at any stage of post-service life. Whether you are buying your first home after separating from service, or making a move after years of settling in, June understands where you are coming from in a way most agents simply cannot.

Why June's MRP Certification Is Unlike Anyone Else's

Most MRP-certified agents have completed the training. June completed the training and then served 20 years in the United States Army, deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, and separated as a Chief Warrant Officer Three. She has lived the relocation. She has navigated the VA system. She has made the hard decisions on a tight timeline in a new place.

When you work with June as a veteran or active duty service member, you are working with someone who has already walked in your boots.

Your goals are her mission. Let's find your next home.
